Custom Made Order (CMO)
I will be very happy to customize any orders just for you. All custom made orders will ready within 2 - 4 weeks from the time your order is placed and payment is received. Unless, otherwise stated in respective page.
Prices may vary depending on the details of each creation.

A up front non-refundable deposit will be requested for any CMO orders.

Rental Service
Well Wishes Box (ABbox) will only be applicable for rental and not for sale, unless, otherwise stated.
CMO will be for sale only.

- Rental are based on first come first serve basis subjected to ABbox availability.
- Rental box must be returned in good condition with no damages, broken parts, missing accessories, dirtying or lost of ABbox.
- Return of ABbox must be done within 3 days after rental, otherwise, as per advice.
- Additional $10 will be charged per day for late returns.
- Any parts found missing or damage will be charged accordingly.

Payment
I only accept Bank Transfer and iBanking as the payment method.

Deposit
A deposit of S$100 is required for rental of ABbox.
Deposit balance will be refunded prior to terms & conditions fulfilled

Delivery (within Singapore only)
All items will be carefully packaged to protect your pieces from damage during transit.

My small creation(s) will only be sent via
-normal post (FOC) or
-registered mail (Add.S$2.50) , upon request.
I will not be liable for any loss in the process of normal post. Therefore, registered mail (which will be sent right to your door step) is encouraged.

Self collection/ Delivery is only available for ABbox order and customer is responsible to return it within the stipulated time.

Engage our service for delivery or collection, additional $10 will be charged.
